I try my best to fix the problem, but I try not to stress to much if it dosent work out

I accept it and try to make things better next time

My heart rate quickens and/or I feel anxious and panicked

I love/like public speaking, it dosen't worry me at all

I don't enjoy public speaking - it makes me a little anxious but I can deal with it

I really don't enjoy public speaking - I try to avoid it and it makes me quite anxious

I hate public speaking - I avoid it at all costs, it makes me very anxious



9. Do you have any habits or ritualistic tendencies that you feel you must complete before going about the rest of your day or go to bed?

Yes, I have several things that I must complete before I can focus on anything else

Yes, I have a extensive skin care routine, have a shower everyday, etc

Yes, my habits revolve around mostly food. Cutting food into small peices, chewing food a certain number of times, etc

No, I have no habits or rituals



10. How do you feel about tasks involving talking to strangers, such as scheduling doctor appointments, or ordering food at a resteraunt.

It dosen't bother me

I get a little nervous but I can push aside the anxious thoughts

I get so nervous that I can get panic attacks or I avoid talking to people completly
