We believe that research should have as wide a reach as possible and be put to use in making a difference in supporting social change and social justice. As a mission-led, not for profit publisher our goal is to move as much of our research-based publishing to open access as possible, especially work focused on the global social challenges.

Our monographs, multi-authored and edited works include original scholarly research, thorough and structured reviews of important subjects and engaging works that push forward the boundaries of the disciplines in which we publish
