EBEN EZER

The Eben Ezer Foundation is organized to support Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center, a Colorado non-profit corporation (EELCC), through the solicitation, acquisition, and acceptance of contributions, gifts, donations, bequests and other assets, the prudent investment of such assets and distribution of the principal of and/or income with respect to such assets to EELCC when the Board determines that such funds are needed by EELCC in its operations as a faith based benevolent, charitable, non-profit corporation which observes Christian values in carrying out its purpose.

The Eben Ezer Foundation is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors that serve to oversee the assets of the foundation in support of Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center.
