Eben Ezer is a faith-based, not for profit, mission-driven organization that focuses on senior living care and services. On our campus, we provide independent housing apartments, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care and services. We also provide electronic devices supporting individuals living in their homes, throughout Northeast Colorado.

As our mission states, we are a progressive, faith-based community working to provide person-centered care and to support the well-being and growth of those we serve. We are guided by our mission in the care we provide, the decisions we make, and the services we provide.
